You can buy a lot of these supplies in the same places you buy your curtains or drapes. You can also get them from a drapery specialty store, or from an interior decorator who specializes in window treatments.
Rich Fabrics
Rich fabrics make all the difference in how your windows appear. Consider velvet, jacquard, burn-out velvet, laces, embroidered laces, heavy sateen, etc. Not only do these fabrics look amazing as window coverings, but they also completely dress up the entire room and compliment everything else present.
